To consolidate the Insight team and support international development, Happydemics is looking for an International Insight Manager.

Your responsibilities:

• Be the insight expert dedicated to accounts with an international dimension
• Understand your customers’ challenges to define the key KPIs to be measured
• Analyse and decrypt your customers’ KPIs to address their issues
• Propose relevant measures in response to your customers’ actions
• Communicate Happydemics’ ambitions and values to your customers
• Be the guarantor of the data collection methodology
• Collaborate with a Customer Success Manager and guarantee customer satisfaction
• Contribute to the evolution of our product

• Bilingual/Native English (French spoken and read is a plus)
• Knowledge of the research industry
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to your interlocutors
• Flawless written and oral expression
• Rigorous and organised in your work
• Know how to be flexible and unafraid to challenge yourself
• Keen interest in new technologies and the start-up community
• Able to work as part of a team but also to carry out your own projects
