About this Role:

We are looking for a Business Operations Coordinator to join the Business Excellence Team in our São Paulo or Atlanta office.This role is responsible for the execution of various activities which improve the flow of efficiency across teams and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: 

  • Work closely with the commercial team (sales) to accomplish sales enablement and fulfilment tasks
  • Produce regular commercial reports to be presented to our internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor and optimise the performance of campaigns and KPIs accordingly
  • Manage day-to-day business operations activities, ensuring all marketing placements are in accordance with commercial agreements
  • Coordinate of marketing strategies (campaign, newsletter, content, and social media) and creative assets necessary for commercial support

Your Profile: 

  • Written and spoken fluency in English is required
  • At least 1 year of experience working in an affiliate marketing, sales operations, marketing, or agency role
  • Able to work independently and demonstrate practical critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-changing, multicultural and international environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with various stakeholders
  • Knowledge of G-Suite tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and data analysis
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field
  • Detail-oriented and organized
