You will be in charge of direct sales with Evaneos customers on the Italian market. You will be the person who receives inquiries through Evaneos platform and main contact for travelers. As the contract will be with the local agency, the job could contain any or more of the following duties:

• Understand travelers’ expectations
• Main contact for clients to determine travel needs, budgets and preferences: tailor-made itineraries
• Match travelers’ requirements with the transportation, accommodations, insurance, tours and activities.
• Advises clients regarding destinations, cultures, customs, weather and activities
• Responsible for billing with the travelers
• Handles travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancellations and refunds
• Builds and maintains relationships with travel and tour operators
• Customized design of authentic trips that generate a positive impact with the local communities we work with.
• Generate personal sales strategy reports with monthly goals to increase our conversion rate with Evaneos
• Actively participate in Evaneos and our agency training

Duration & contrat type : CDD first 3 months and after we can offer a CDI contract with VISA.
Precise location : Mexico city or Playa del Carmen
Starting dates : August 2022

• Languages required : Spanish B2 level, Italian C2 level
• Qualities : Proactive, analytical and verbal skills to design tailor-made trips, easy to use productivity apps, team player, likes to travel and systematize information about what has been learned on each trip. Experience in sales of trips and interested in sustainable tourism.
• Salary : 750 usd base plus 10% commission on gross profit of each trip sold
