To produce:
Based on regular field scouting and regular monitoring, the travel designer, logistics expert of the destination. One of your missions will be to reference our partners and service providers and to define the offer.
Advise:
Handle the requests of our customers on the phone (B2B and B2C) you will dialogue by email, WhatsApp and by phone to establish the traveler profile and create a nice relationship with the customer to understand his expectations and contrasts to offer him the most suitable trip. You build his customized trip through our internal system. You will elaborate the most accurate estimate and you will make the sale.
Design:
As a specialist of the destination you will design the trip from A to Z until the closing of the sale.
Organize:
Once the trip is validated by the client, you will coordinate the reservations and the follow-up with our logistics to ensure the good reservation of all the services. You will create the travel book.
Ensure the good realization of the trip:
Just before the arrival of the client you will make sure that everything is in order for the smooth running of the client’s stay. You will be in regular communication with your client during his stay and you will make sure that his trip goes according to the program. You will intervene if necessary to solve any imponderables.

Starting dates: The internship is open from the beginning of September. The period is debatable but cannot be less than 3 months.

Passionate about digital, travel and communication, you already have a solid base of knowledge and want to continue to develop your skills within a fast growing structure.
You already have an interest in travel and especially in Thailand would be a great plus.
We prefer to recruit graduates with a BAC+3 with experience in the tourism sector or sales in an incoming agency.
