The position

Job description

As a Customer Success specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the seamless processing of claims and managing ticketing inquiries. You will play a crucial part in analyzing and presenting data to enhance our understanding of the claims journey and to assess how the organization is performing, helping departments to optimize their processes and systems.

You will conduct research and analysis in order to come up with solutions to business problems and you will help to introduce these solutions to our clients.

You will report to Valentina Tosca (Processes & Operations).

Day-to-day activities:

·        Customer success:

o   Claim handling and monitoring.

o   Collect and analyze customer feedback for product improvement.

o   Conduct regular check-ins to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.     

·        Analysis:

o   Analysis of customer and partner data to identify problems and opportunities for optimization.

o   Datafolio corporate data (sales, communications, etc.) to identify improvement opportunities.

o   Be the internal reference for the analysis of the organization’s data. This can lead you to work on different projects.

o   Market analysis.

·        Strategy:

o   Based on the analysis you perform, you will help define the best strategy for the company and its departments.

o   Identify upselling opportunities and mitigate risks.

·        Account management:

o   You will be involved in managing relationships with Datafolio partners.

o   Through your close relationships with these partners and the knowledge you gain from your analytical work, you will help Datafolio partners make the best decisions to optimize their business.

o   You will ensure partner satisfaction and identify with them ways to optimize that satisfaction.

Language

We are looking for someone who is:

·        English & Italian speaking: English is Datafolio’s corporate language and will be needed to develop the business across Europe; Italian is required for the specific job position.

·        French or Spanish: is a plus.

You will get a desk in WeWork at Milano, together with our Senior PMO, Valentina Tosca
