Job description

About the team: Spanning across continents and time zones, the Solutions Engineering team is led by our VP of Solutions & Services and are located in both France and the US. In conjunction with our Account Executives, this team is responsible for adding new names to our roster to the likes of current clients such as Etsy, Scentbird, SeatGeek or TripAdvisor. Leading a remote team of Solution Engineers in the US, you will utilize your business competencies and technical expertise to best orient prospects to support sales goals, while continuously upskilling and growing out your future team. You will handle all the technical discussions with prospective clients and assist them with understanding how the DataDome solution works and how it can be implemented in their existing architecture.🏆What does success look like as a Solutions Engineering Manager: An ideal SE manager will become intimately acquainted with customers' business requirements, technical needs, systems, environment and service history, while enabling your team to manage and drive the targeted business goals. You will also liaise on a continual basis with various stakeholders on both the tech and business units. You are at ease being hands-on, but also passionate about building your team.

👉 You will be more specifically in charge of things like...

  • As a manager, you will construct and create a process flow that ensures business continuity and collaboration amongst the team and cross-functionally
  • You will be responsible for the pipeline accuracy within Salesforce
  • Understand complex customer business problems and advise on the advantages of deploying the DataDome solution
  • Visualize customer internal systems and information topology
  • Lead technical discussion with prospects
  • Guide customers through the evaluation process ensuring that DataDome's solution meets key business objectives and technical requirements
  • Configure prospect's stack to enhance bot detection
  • Attend several conferences such as AWS re:Invent, RSA and BlackHat and events organized by our Marketing team
  • Work cross-functionally between different sales, engineering, product and marketing teams to promote the adoption of the DataDome solution and share customer feedback
