→ Your mission

If you’re a dynamic and fast-learner who is interested to work for an international start-up company, then this could be the role for you! Situated within the Ops Team, the engine of Brigad, you will assist in our UK Onboarding Operations by screening/contacting potential “Brigaders” and contributing towards our growth in the UK.

→ Your responsibilities

Onboarding - Help select Brigaders for the platform.

Screen CV’s for potential candidates.
Conduct phone interviews to identify and verify the best profiles.
Monitor and optimize your own qualitative and quantitative performances

Activation - Accompany Brigaders from application to their first mission :

Finalize Brigader subscriptions and accompany their onboarding experience until their first mission.
Reactivate inactive profiles and add new skills to the existing profiles.
Monitor and optimize your performances via a CRM.

Overall, these tasks will contribute towards reaching our acquisition and activation targets of new Brigaders across the UK.


Preferred experience

If you have..

  • Experience in customer service and you are used to communicating by phone
  • Speak English fluently
  • Adapt to all types of profiles
  • Autonomy, empathy, perseverance and proactivity are some of your qualities?
  • Team spirit is important to you
  • Is passionate about the medico-social environment and has digital experience
  • Our services are available from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. and 7 days a week, the schedules are established in advance according to the weeks with fixed schedules. The weekends are currently managed by freelancers but we can call on the team if necessary.
