Your Mission
BlaBlaCar Daily is BlaBlaCar’s Business Unit within BlaBlaCar dedicated to short distance (less than 80 km distance) carpooling and in particular work to home commute. It is operated with a dedicated mobile application and brand. Strengthened by the acquisition merger of Klaxit in April 2023, short distance carpooling usage is growing rapidly (+60% volume usage YoY in 2023), in collaboration with local collectivities (B2G) and private employers (B2B) co-financing partners.
As the B2B Key accounts manager at BlaBlaCar Daily, you will be responsible for customer relations with a growing portfolio of corporate customers, which you will manage independently. Working directly with the decision-makers at our customers' sites, you will be responsible for all post-sales relations, with the aim of achieving the best possible results with employees and ensuring the long-term viability of the solution with our customers.
Your responsibilities
Ensure the loyalty and development of the customer portfolio by building up a relationship of trust, as a single point of contactMonitor and advise our customers on the actions to be taken, in line with their budget and the usage statistics provided by BlaBlaCar DailyCoordinate the implementation of these actions: communication with employees, organization of physical events, advice on the company's HR policyBe a driving force behind the customer support plan: we are looking to strongly encourage usage & the number of trips done per company Produce high-quality reports on actions taken, problems encountered and best practices observedWork with the sales team on development opportunities and the Sales Operations managers and make sure your clients needs are up to date in all our tools (CRM ERP etc) Your qualifications
You have 3-5 years of experience in account management, customer success or similar roleYou have excellent communication skills (written and oral), presentation skills and enjoy building relationships and sharing and learning from othersYou are very organized, results-driven, and are able to prioritize in a changing environmentYou are fluent in French (written and spoken) and full professional proficiency in EnglishFit with our BlaBlaPrinciplesAbility to take ownership, aligned with business priorities If you don’t meet 100% of the qualifications outlined above, tell us why you’d still be a great fit for this role in your application
