Context & Major Challenges:Global Enterprise Management (GEMs) is reporting to AXA CEO Office. Fully focused on our most valued Global Partners, our mission is to build, expand and deliver revenue growth, high retention and client advocacy in the Business-2-Business (B2B) space. This includes the development of B2B2Business, B2B2Customer, B2B2Employee across all AXA assets and capabilities. Our operating model relies on a single point of contact per account leveraging central, regional and local teams in a unified way and collaborating with all entities to diversify and deepen our GEMs portfolio for One AXA.
Job purpose:Within GEM, the Deal Steering Project Manager will support the Global head of Deal Steering to focus on scalable and large impact business development opportunities:
Definition of framework for new business opportunities for multi-country / multi - entity
Creation of a “One AXA” decision making framework
Creation / adaptation of multi-country, multi-entity capabilities
“One AXA” value proposition per sector to boost business with partners
Renewal of most important existing business with specific partners
Operationally supporting business implementation and profitable growth

29 global accounts managed by GEMs
Across 5 business sectors: motor/mobility, payment services, banks, consumer goods, utilities/energy
Total portfolio managed over €1.9bn of GWP/fees
Across 70 different countries
Across all AXA business Lines: P&C, L&S, Health, IM and Assistance
Across different distribution channels: B2B, B2B2C partnership distribution, B2B2E with employees

Key Accountabilities:
Coordinate several AXA teams from several entities to provide a ONE AXA answer to partners’ requests (sales pitch, RFP answer).
Coordinate new value propositions across the portfolio by sector, whether existing innovative solutions existing and built by entities.
Coordination of teams to create a “One AXA” decision making framework for multi-entities business opportunities
Coordinate the creation / adaptation of multi-country, multi-entity capabilities to boost business, creating a “One AXA” business approach for our global partners
Be integral part of the GEM projects that have a direct impact in the commercial results of the portfolio by collaborating internally with the rest of the GEMs team, the entities or externally with the partners.
Develop internal relationships within the AXA Group and the AXA entities / markets to rally the experts and secure a One AXA approach for the GEMs partners/prospects.
Act as PMO and central point of contact for partners-related projects and instil to team knowledge of all capabilities and assets across AXA entities.
Build and manage the retro planning of sales pitch during RFPs, innovation workshop, brainstorming sessions to scale-up these solutions across the sectors of the portfolio.
Technical Skills & Competencies:
Fluent in English mandatory, French an important plus
5-8 years’ experience working internationally for an insurance company or in Financial services, preferably in the areas of Distribution or Business development.
A plus is having experience in “Partnerships” at AXA or a direct competitor.
Deep knowledge of insurance business, products and processes
Experience in project/program management
Experience in business case building and bid (RFP) management
Experience with underwriting preferable
