The Senior Planner will drive for creativity output through strong understanding of brands, market trends and consumer insights, from concept direction to implementation, and ensure both Auditoire and clients’ creativity guardrails are met.
Develop creative part for assigned projects and make sure the quality of these concepts/directions suitable for clients’ brand/product initiatives
· Understand and provide insightful analysis about brands and products which based on but beyond briefs
· Generate concept and storyline in the preparation of proposals, tender documents and presentations for clients in cooperation with the account
· Work closely with Account and Production team to finalize concept recommendations, decisions to enable artwork execution / production phases
· Monitor the delivery schedule in line with deadline
Cooperate with other creative team members and continuously share best practices
· Assist Creative Director on strategic projects
· Inspire designers to generate and/or follow through the creative concepts to make sure output for various projects align with the brief
· Propose solutions to the problems if occurs, generate alternatives, and share best practices
Provide constructive suggestions/solutions
· Well understand market trends, and combine with the corresponding planning solutions to clients, together with Account team to drive client satisfaction and new business opportunities
· Present clearly, concisely, and convincingly to inspire, sharpen, and represent creative ideas and executions
Bachelor’s degree or above
· 3-5 year working experiences
· Hands-on and with ‘can do’ spirit
