We are looking for an ambitious and driven Junior Key Account Manager intern who will support the Fashion & Luxury team in their daily tasks and get the opportunity to develop her/his skills in customer relationship management and sales.
As part of the team, you will help us improve the processes and workflows needed to provide our clients with the best experience, in order to foster customer satisfaction, loyalty and new revenue. You will support and increase the growth of our Accounts by being a key party from project start, and by nurturing fruitful and long-term relationships with our clients.
This team is responsible for the development and growth of a dedicated portfolio of accounts by actively seeking and unlocking new sales opportunities, and the development of a strong relationship with our customers. They support and increase the growth of accounts by being a key party all along the sales cycle, , and by developing strong relationships with Brands.
For this, your missions will include:
Support the Fashion & Luxury Team in the preparation of weekly client meetings, such as project reports, business reviews, workshops and internal meetings
Run competitive intelligence and benchmark web3 initiatives from Brands of various sectors
Contribute in developing an action plan to expand our presence within the accounts by identifying and proposing expansion or upsell opportunities
Provide insights on customer journeys design and activation plans strategies
Maintain Arianee’s CRM up to date
Inspire Customer Success across the Company: work closely with the rest of the Revenue team (business developers, account executives) and Delivery teams (project managers, customer care managers) and other internal stakeholders in order to support growth
Help strengthen efficient processes and best practices as part of a growing team and company!

You are a Masters student in a top Business school, looking for your final internship (last year of education)
You are fluent in English and French (professional level)
You have at least one past experience in Key Account Management, Business Development or Marketing - preferably in the Luxury industry,
You are detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills,
You are client-oriented and have great communication and presentation skills. You easily get people on board and thrive on negotiation, persuasion and empathy.
You love working on new projects and make innovative propositions,
You are a great listener, what matters the most to you is finding solutions to problems your team or customers have told you about,
You are resourceful and flexible, technologies and sectors you never dealt with are opportunities and not constraints,
Team player, but at the same time, you can take ownership of assigned projects and can work independently!
Knowledge of the web3 ecosystem is a plus
