The position

Job description

We're looking for a passionate customer-oriented UI/UX designer to join our growing company 🚀

As a UI/UX Designer at AppTweak, you'll play a key role in our company's growth by contributing to product design efforts. You will be an active member of the Customer Lifecycle cross-functional team (Squad), tasked with delivering exceptional user experiences through our platform.

Your primary role will involve bringing new features to life with sleek UI designs and user-friendly UX, while continuously refining existing products based on valuable user feedback. Collaboration with your Squad members and maintaining a strong connection with the Design Team will ensure alignment and foster expertise in your field.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, iterate, and deliver wireframes and prototypes in line with feature requirements and design guidelines, fostering intuitive user experiences.
  • Enhance existing features through user feedback and usability testing, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with developers, particularly Front-ends, as well as product managers and fellow designers from conceptualization to implementation of new initiatives and projects.
  • Contribute to the development, implementation, maintenance, and promotion of our design system, fostering consistency in user interfaces across the squad.
  • Contribute to the advancement of design skills within the team while focusing on the squad's roadmap.

  • Preferred experience

    Must-have:

    • Fluent in English.
    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. 
    • Previous UI/UX SaaS product design experience (minimum 2 years).
    • Proven track record of designing digital products, supported by a portfolio or samples of previous work.
    • Strong understanding of User-Centered Design, Design Systems, and responsive design principles.
    • Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools (Figma).
    • Strong communication skills, proactively seeking and providing feedback, and contributing to team culture and skills.
    • Problem-solving mindset, capable of finding creative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
    • Curious and creative with a strong interest in UI/UX and other design domains.
    • Detail-oriented and proactive. 

    Nice to have:

    • Previous experience working on a design system.
    • Familiarity with React or similar JavaScript frameworks.
    • Proficiency in HTML and CSS.
    • Passion for food! 🍔
