The Agicap Data department is looking for a Technical Lead, Senior Machine Learning Engineer / ML Ops to launch and drive the scaling of its data infrastructure. The role can be based in the Paris or the Lyon office or fully remote.

The Data department comprises 3 teams: Data Engineering, Data Science and Data Analytics all working together to improve Product functionality or help our internal Business Partners optimize their impact.

The data department goals break down into 4 main initiatives:

• Improve product features : clustering transactions, predicting revenue, etc.
• Help our client-facing teams grow our customer base.
• Assist Customer Service: identify outliers, reduce client churn, fraud detection, etc
  -.Answer strategic questions for management

As a Senior MLE/ML Ops you will :

• Lead the build out of our ML infrastructure, working closely with data engineers to ensure the scalability, stability and performance of the Data Platform.
• Collaborate with the Data Science team to deploy machine learning models at scale and share MLE best practices to help them improve.
• Build and maintain our CI/CD.
• Participate in technology watch and stack evolution.

Our Stack :ELT: Airflow, DBTBatch processing: BigQuery, GCS, DBTStreaming: Cloud Run, Pub/Sub

• Around 10 years of engineering experience with 3 years as a DataOps / DevOps.
• Track record of deploying and maintaining ML Model in production
• Track record of building a CI/CD pipeline
• You master Terraform and Docker
• Good knowledge of GCP
• This role can be purely a technical lead one or it could have some management responsibilities. You will report directly to the Chief Data Offic
