"I began my journey at Shipup as an intern as the CEO’s right hand. From there, I built and led my own team, taking charge of strategic projects and establishing key processes. After two and a half years, I sought new challenges and got the opportunity to transition internally to a Chief of Staff position in NYC. Collaborating on projects with the US Sales team solidified my passion for Ops, and Shipup encouraged my growth in this field. With the company’s trust and support, I created the Operations department, assuming the role of Head of Ops. Thanks to Shipup’s culture of fostering ambition, I’ve flourished within the company by advancing through a variety of positions."
