The Operations team is in charge of delivering value to the market: practitionners, health providers, life science partners, and of course patients. We are in the premises of building a business unit dedicated to clinical trial management and are looking for a star to kick-off the project. You’ll be reporting to Pierre, our head of Business Operations, and will be in charge of managing the pipeline of clinical trials, as well as building processes and methodologies to scale these operations further.

What your day to day looks like :

On a daily basis, you will:

• Lead the planning, implementation, and execution of clinical trials, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders involved in clinical trials, including pharmaceutical partners, academic institutions, contract research organizations (CROs), and regulatory agencies.

• Coordinate site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out activities, in collaboration with study investigators and site personnel.

• Ensure scalable clinical operations: set up the organization & processes to lead multiple clinical studies in parallel

• Coordinate internal efforts to deliver right-on-time value: with Product teams in case of necessary developments, with Implementation managers and Customer Success managers to onboard and follow-up practitionners, etc.

• prior experience in a contract research organization (CRO), pharmaceutical, or biotechnology company preferred. CRO and relevant therapeutic experience preferred
