On April 26th, 2022, we have announced the acquisition of AI personalization vendor Target2Sell to optimize buyer discovery and conversion, thereby accelerating growth through first-party and third-party product curation at scale. Target2Sell has developed an innovative, AI-driven suite of products, complemented with deep expertise, that enable e-commerce operators to immediately offer advanced personalization capabilities. Target2Sell’s products are trusted by more than 100 enterprise customers worldwide.

To support this rapid adoption of the marketplace model, and take an active part in our growth, Mirakl is looking for a Solution Consultant focused on the Mirakl Target2Sell & Ads offering.

Your impact:

Working within the Customer Success Team, reporting to the Customer Success Director, you will be responsible for the implementation phase for our projects with major French and international ecommerce clients.

On a daily basis you will:

Deliver Value & Satisfaction:

• Define the project design and data model and ensure the integration and implementation of our solutions;
• Manage deadlines and associated responsibilities and communicate effectively on ongoing projects (status, timing, deadlines);
• Devise strategies for improving delivery workshops based on tangible feedback from customers;
• Create a great relationship with customers by conducting workshops and ongoing training/update meetings with customers and partners;

Product Expertise:

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Mirakl’s Target2sell and Ads services, as well as the best practices and how these provide value to our customers. Utilize this knowledge of our product to support and guide our customers in making the right configuration and integration choices.
• Serve as a Mirakl functional expert able to understand and speak to current web technologies such as Restful API’s, and popular web frameworks used by our customers. Conduct training sessions on Mirakl’s products via webinars or in-person to ensure end-user ease of use across all audiences.

Collaboration & Constant Innovation:

• Act as a technical liaison between customers and product teams to help evolve the solutions and contribute to the development of the delivery team's methodology, knowledge base, and tools.

Technical aspects will include:

• Transformation of product catalogs (ETL or API)
• Validation / implementation of tracking, recommendations and retail campaigns (JS/REST API/POSTMAN/GTM/TAG COMMANDER)
• Creation of templates (HTML, CSS, JS)
• Knowledge of E-commerce solutions like Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Hybris or IBM
• Tracking or Analytics tools like Eulerian, Tag Commander or GTM
• Address client requests via our Zendesk Service Desk/email (L2)

Requirements:

You will like this job if:

• You have a Master’s Degree in Business or Engineering
• Minimum 5-years of experience in a project management & implementation role preferably in a saas environment
• You speak French and English fluently – any additional language will be a great asset in the context of international expansion
• You have a strong interest in new technologies, ideally with an experience in e-commerce or retail media sector
• You are dynamic, autonomous, proactive, pays attention to detail and loves challenges
• You have excellent communication & presentation skills and strong client-facing & project management skills
