Job description:

  • planning, organizing, managing and controlling the implementation of the project - scope, deadlines, budget
  • managment of a project in all phases - planning, implementation, reporting and monitoring, followed by evaluation and completion
  • participation in key tenders and contractual security of the project
  • setting up and leading a project team within teams in ČS and ČS NHQ
  • preparing and responsibility for a project schedule, checking its observance
  • reporting of a project status (or participation, depending on the type of reporting) both inwards and outwards

Requirements and qualifications:

  • Master's degree
  • experience 5+ years in project management & process management (project planning, project team management, project timeframe management, resources and changes, project information and documentation)
  • experience with similar type of projects (relocation, R/E, property management)
  • understanding, influencing and supporting others is a must - mainly through rational and technical arguments.
  • fluent in English
  • excellent communication skills
