The Professional Services Consultant is responsible for the technical implementation and support of the Philips Intellispace Electrocardiograph (iECG) system, including the implementation and support of the Health Language 7 (HL7) and/or Digital Imaging Communications in Medicine (DICOM) interface broker, IntelliSpace Enterprise Broker (IBE). These responsibilities will include answering all customer technical questions, provide configuration of the broker and interface testing, technical documentation for transition to support and providing technical training to customers on the support of their system.
You are responsible for
Assumes the technical leadership role for each assigned project
Shares knowledge and technical expertise with customer and team
Provides feedback/assists in streamlining program implementation methodology or implementation documentation/toolsets.
Assists with Business Development activities as requested.
Documents and distributes project technical information appropriately
Directs all technical communication for team (written and oral)
May interact cross-functionally with other divisions or units to share product technical knowledge and expertise.
Completes assigned project tasks as scheduled to gain customer acceptance
Adheres to project scope for technical deliverables
Complete Transition to Support (TTS) documentation as required by each business unit
Escalates technical issues appropriately to technical marketing, management, Customer Care Solutions (CCSC), etc.
Assists customer with troubleshooting/resolving technical issues during implementation
Achieve/maintain accepted industry level certifications/technical competency (i.e., Microsoft Technical Certifications) through continuing education
Attend product technical training as required
Attend all Transition to Support (TTS) calls with Solutions Center and Customers
Is responsible for adhering to all work instructions for installation of the product, including the completion of any required checklists.
Gathers necessary network information required to properly configure the IECG and IBE system
Configures and tests installed IECG and IBE system to meet customer requirements
Implement interfaces to/from IECG and customer’s Radiology Information System (RIS)/ Health Information System (HIS)
Investigates and diagnoses complex technical problems during installation until transfer to support

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following
Bachelor of Science in Information Technology related field or 5+ years experience performing technical support/HL 7 interfacing.
Experience with an ECG information management system or PACS(Picture Archiving and Communications Systems) system
Experience with Orion Rhapsody Interface broker.
Experience working with Virtual Machine (VM) server environments
Networking infrastructure/ Server architecture knowledge desirable
Experience with DICOM desirable
Database administration/experience with SQL Database desirable
HL 7 certification desirable
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self directed and ability to work remotely
