Partner with the management to ensure the business needs are met
Collaborating closely with management to understand business objectives and provide strategic HR support
Providing expert guidance on employee relations matters, fostering a positive work environment and resolving issues effectively
Drive organizational change initiatives, leveraging change management expertise to facilitate smooth transitions
Performance Management
Talent management
Driving the end-to-end recruitment process if/and where relevant (mostly managerial roles)
Active cooperation with managers in the Czech Republic and/or in Denmark
Supporting Employer Branding activities

An experienced business partner, with 3-5 years of relevant experience
Experience in multiple HR functions (e.g., IT recruitment, employee relations, performance management, organizational development) is preferred
A colleague with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Quick learner who is able to adapt to changing priorities, unexpected challenges, and shifting business needs
Natural brand ambassador, who helps fostering a positive work culture
A colleague with a solid understanding of employment laws and regulations
HRBP who demonstrates leadership qualities such as influencing skills, decision-making abilities, and the capacity to inspire and motivate others
Experience with a fast-growing environment is a huge advantage
You are fluent in English both spoken and written
