The Strategic Project Manager role, reporting directly to the COO, is a once in a lifetime opportunity to learn from successful founders, investors and seasoned C-levels, attend strategic meetings and work on key projects across all company’s teams. It is also the perfect entry point into a fast-track to become the company’s Chief of Staff.

The role includes the following main responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver company-wide projects (process optimization, sales strategies, governance, international expansion, M&A…), ensuring the highest level of collaboration and achievements with Senior Management, from high-level monitoring to deep project management.
• Prepare founders’ and COO’s messages on key initiatives for internal and external speeches, as well as investors board meetings.
• Support Management and Leadership teams: prepare meetings, follow-up on key decisions and actions, …
• Facilitate internal communication (keynotes, kick-off meetings, gatherings, …) on strategic projects, breaking silos and acting as an impactful facilitator.

The ideal candidate:

• Graduated from a top-tier Business or Engineering school.
• Has 2-3 years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm (where he/she worked at a Project Manager level) and in a SaaS company or in venture capital.
• Is organized and structured, with demonstrated analytical skills
• Great communicator / facilitator with strong problem solving and presentation skills
• A doer, with Entrepreneurial mindset.
• Fast learner
• Thrives in a dynamic, challenging, fast-paced work environment.
• Speaks English fluently (French is a strong plus).
