Our organization

You will join our Revenue Performance team, managed by our Chief of Staff, and acting as an independent entity, directly attached to our CEO. As a privileged “Business Partner”, the team interacts closely with each Revenue teams (Marketing, Sales, Customer Service).

The Revenue Performance team serves impactful purposes, such as enhancing Revenue teams performance by providing them with insightful metrics, recommandations and performance analysis.

Job Description

You will be responsible to collaborate with Business Ops, Finance and Data teams to build and maintain the operational and performance modeling cockpit (MQL, SQO, Deals won, MRR, NRR, etc) in order to help Revenue teams (Marketing, Sales, Expansion, Customer Service) pilot their day-to-day activities and monitor the impact of business initiatives.

Your missions :

  • Act as a key partner between Revenue and Finance teams to ensure accurate budget planning and monitoring, and the consistency of our bottom-up rolling forecast

  • Monitor revenue targets achievement (individual and collective), in close relation with variable compensation

  • Build revenue related dashboards to support our company’s current strategic priorities and help monitor the impactful projects we are leading

  • Together with Business Ops, Data and Finance, create materials to empower Revenue managers be more independent in their daily tasks

  • Ensure a strong connection with Business Ops to help you understand our tools & processes. This knowledge will help you anticipate process impacts on your work, and make you able to provide recommendations for optimizations

  • Answer to ad-hoc requests for reporting / analysis : understand the need, gather data and model it, share insights and suggest action plan

  • You have experience using Google Sheet / Excel
  • You speak fluent English
  • Having a knowledge of Salesforce is a strong “nice to have”
