The role

Reporting directly to the COO, you will help the company achieve ambitious growth plans by designing and implementing its build-up strategy. You will support the Top Management as well as the Board through the entire M&A process:

• Target Screening : build a relevant target selection framework, identify companies, gather data and come up with recommendations for acquisitions. Maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities over time.
• Due diligence and transaction management: participate in strategic, business / operational, product/tech and financial due diligences with Yousign’s top management, relevant external experts and the company Board. Coordinate the overall process and take part in discussions with the target companies. 
• Merger integration: support operational teams post acquisition, during the planification, follow-up and execution phases of the integration. Ensure that synergies are achieved and identify any risks arising during the operation.  

Profile

• Graduated from a Tier-1 engineering or business school
• 2 to 5 years of experience preferably in an international environment: VC / Private Equity, Corporate M&A, Investment Banking, Transaction Services
• Strong knowledge of the Tech startup / scaleups landscape, with ideally an operational experience in the SaaS industry
• Ability to understand a company strategy and product roadmap and translate it into external growth tactics  
• Ability to prepare and perform strategic and financial analysis (market, positioning, KPIs, valorisation, financial modeling / BP)
• Ability to synthesize and deliver impacting presentations and messages to the top management and the Board 
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills in English and French
