We are looking for our first Talent Acquisition Manager to support our growth and expansion.
You will work closely with Anne-Sophie, Head of People, and collaborate with managers for recruitment, as well as with Fabien and Sébastien for employer branding initiatives.
Your responsibilities include:
Recruiting and identifying top talents by understanding the needs of team leaders and hiring managers.
Application assessment : Managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing to negotiation.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a superior candidate experience and maintain a rigorous assessment methodology.
Stakeholder Relations: Provide coaching and share best practices with hiring managers, fostering positive internal relationships.
Employer branding : Contributing to defining company branding actions and developing partnerships with schools.
Reporting and Analysis: Track and report recruitment metrics, contributing to data-driven decision-making.
This role requires ensuring we attract and retain the best candidates while maintaining a positive and engaging candidate experience.
Salary range: €45,000 to €55,000 gross annual.
You may not necessarily have a background in cybersecurity, but you certainly have a strong tech affinity. You understand tech stacks and their specificities.
You are at an experienced level with several years of experience.
Your organizational skills and precision are evident in how you structure your interviews and write detailed reports.
You have mastered sourcing techniques that allow you to discover the best candidates.
You possess excellent listening skills and a strong analytical ability to understand managers’ needs and challenges.
International experience and fluency in English are indispensable assets for implementing our global recruitment strategy.
Your enthusiasm for learning, curiosity, autonomy, proactive approach, and well-developed empathy are key assets for this position.
You have an entrepreneurial mindset, you like challenges and getting hands-on.
