Job Scope :

As part of our company strategy, we are building a portfolio of products that aim to transform the experience at work. We want to help companies build trusting work relationships, foster workplace connections and inspire every employee to work for more.
To help us go further in this strategy, we are looking for a Product Director that will take the lead on our main Product Domain composed of: the media platform, our company profile offering and the candidate tracking system application.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Reporting directly to the CPO, you will manage a team of 3 Product Managers with the following responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle for our 3 main offerings
  • Develop and define the Product Domain tactic and strategy with your team and the corresponding squads in alignment with the company strategy.
  • Drive transversal and impactful product initiatives that can alter the business trajectory with a clear ROI in the mid term
  • Motivate and achieve continuous improvement for your team as well as other Product Managers around you
  • Collaborate with the Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, Marketing, Business and Media leaders in order to ensure that the business and customer satisfaction goals are met
  • Define and monitor the relevant KPIs for your suite of products and for your team
  • Represent the product domain strategy in front of internal or external Stakeholders

We are looking for a talented Product Leader with the following criteria:

  • A proven experience in leading and managing a product management team, within a SaaS company
  • Passionate about building world class SaaS products
  • Eager to make their team grow in their career and improve their skills
  • Showing a great sensibility for Design & User experience in all things. In general, WTTJ puts a lot of attention on building well designed and attractive interfaces
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French (both speaking and writing) to collaborate and manage product stakeholders from various departments
  • Data-driven and analytical mindset
  • Advanced knowledge of agile methodologies and product practices
