We are looking for a Senior Frontend developer to shape our recruitment solutions and help us to build the future of work by joining our tech team of about 50 people.
You will join one of our Feature Squads, aligned with business/product goals, consisting of several developers, a product manager, quality and data engineers and a designer.

As a Senior Frontend developer at WTTJ you will be empowerd to challenge, propose new things and improve the features you are working on.
You will be able to:

• Actively participate in the realization of our product and tech roadmap,
• Scale our platforms with innovative features to provide the best possible experience
• Participate in the technical design of features and the creation of new services,
• Encourage best practices and code quality through unit testing, documentation, etc,
• Promote the tech team internally and externally by participating in “employer branding” projects (writing articles, open source, meetups, etc.)
• Collaborate with our Product Designers to maintain and challenge our design system

Our Front-end developer would be someone who:

• Are already familiar with React JS and Typescript: it’s your first choice for any JS application!
• Master JavaScript front-end development
• Enjoy doing tests (cypress), Prettier & ESLint are your best allies!
• Are interested in approaches around clean code, performance, scalability and security
• Like to share your discoveries, best practices, etc., with the rest of the team to help everyone grow,
• Are pragmatic, rigorous and have a continuous improvement mindset
• Know how to explain your subjects to as many people as possible.
