MAIN MISSION

As a Customer Delivery Specialist, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the implementation of a new customer journey and you will also be a key point in the satisfaction of our customers.
Reporting to the Customer Delivery team, you will be specifically in charge of :

MISSIONS

  • Ensuring the smoothest customer journey experience from client signature to showcase delivery including coordination of stakeholders
  • Creating customer showcase and proposing the 1st version to the client
  • Set-uping customer account informations on their profile
  • Monitoring customer self-onboarding progress
  • Working closely with all teams involved in the customer experience (mainly our Account Manager and tech teams)
  • Ensuring maximum adoption and use of our product
  • Participating in the improvement of our customer processes
