Your role

Worklife is looking for an experienced marketing leader to be Chief Marketing Officer. Reporting to the CEO and member of the Comex, this person will further develop and champion the Marketing strategy of Worklife by overseeing all aspects of marketing.

You will drive the marketing roadmap and strategic vision for Worklife helping the company to create a commanding place in the HR market. We are looking for someone who is driven to get things done and views obstacles as an exciting challenge that demands a creative solution.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy to ensure the internal and external brand is optimally aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives;
  • Participate actively in new business development initiatives;
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various internal teams such as sales, product, engineering, HR, etc. to help the organization define the marketing message;
  • Develop & manage the marketing budget through comprehensive data that allow for optimization to ensure activities are effective, efficient and deliver successful ROI metrics, including optimization of LTV/Customer Acquisition Cost targets;
  • Hiring, expanding and empowering a top-tier marketing team;
  • Lead coordinate and mentor the marketing teams, ensuring they are properly resourced, structured and set up for success:
  • brand & strategy team: positioning, messaging and brand: define the company’s unique positioning, and create the marketing & communications framework for the entire company and its product set, constantly improving the messages that will communicate our value proposition and differentiate ourselves from competition;
  • Communication & PR team: make Worklife the expert of employee benefits through press, studies, content, partnerships, events, etc. that will drive higher awareness of our brand and nurture the sales collaterals;
  • Growth and acquisition team (outbound, automation, online paid marketing, etc.) : Build multiple acquisition channels for all business modules and across all the life cycles of our customers, collecting analytics and measure performance for all marketing and sales campaigns;
  • Conducting market research and staying abreast of competitor positioning;
  • Lead and manage the creation and execution of strategic marketing programs with potential partners.

Preferované skúsenosti

The offer is for you if :

  • You have 8+ years experience of marketing and senior leadership experience, working preferably with B2B SaaS brands that have a focus for end-users;
  • You have a full-stack domain expertise: candidate should have experience across the full marketing stack including growth, paid digital advertising, lead gen, brand, social media, product marketing, creative and others;
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset: you should have experience at scale, be comfortable operating as a player/coach and rolling up their sleeves to get into execution. You should be able to “dive deep”;
  • You are highly data-driven: you should be able to make analytic decisions and establish effective metrics to approach marketing strategy & spend;
  • You have a proven track record of dramatically increasing brand engagement and generating business growth.
