We are looking for an experienced Unity game developer, able to lead the development of Hyper Casual games in a fast-paced, iterative environment. You will work closely with our team to develop and iterate engaging, satisfying, and ultimately successful hit games. Your main challenges will be: 

  • Writing robust code to be used by millions of users
  • Deconstructing and analyzing mobile games mechanics
  • Working on all aspects of game development (gameplay, features, menus, platform specifics, etc.)
  • Engaging closely with the Studio Director, Game Artist, and other Developers to ensure effective and fast-paced prototyping and iteration
  • Contributing to new game/feature ideas
  • Developing your Hyper Casual market knowledge

  • Eagerness to pursue a hyper casual genre
  • At least 4 years of professional experience on Unity (C#)
  • Creative and hacker mindset
  • Track record with mobile games (at least 2 shipped products) and experience with quick prototyping within a small development team
  • Good sense of gameplay experience and special attention to details
  • Passion for finding trends and optimising gameplay and game mechanics
  • Take accountability, ownership, and pride in your work
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive collaboration mindset (fostering a strong team culture and collaborative environment are key to our studio)
