Vestiaire Collective is looking for Business Performance Analyst

About the role

As part of the Business Performance Team, you will ownthe monitoring & steering of company performance,being the gatekeeper of our GMV achievement, partnering with all business teams (including regions, supply, traffic, acquisition, tech…).
This is a fast track & a unique opportunity to get both a 360° vision of the operation of a marketplaceand a high visibility with senior management (up to CEO).

What you’ll be doing

• Master all the operations of Vestiaire Collective to identify the right KPIs to monitor on a short term (intraday) and longer term (weekly, monthly) basis
• Build an exhaustive and automated analytical framework to follow VC performance
• Consolidate all commercial initiatives and expected impact during planning exercise
• Alert when any suspicious performance deviation occurs to the right audience.
• Identify the root cause of deviations to apply the right fix as soon as possible.
• Shape and propose a plan to recover the gap when possible
• Ensure the execution of fixes and action plan
• Document these events to get a qualitative reading of performance today but above all later.

• A first experience on e-commerce is highly recommended.

  • working smoothly on a matricial organization
  • able to discuss and challenge C-level

• Strong analytical skills:

  • pay attention to details & ensure data accuracy
  • proficiency with Excel, SQL & dashboarding tools
• Determined and resilient under pressure and on a fast pace environment (analysis up to intraday)
• Fluent in English (working language is English), French is a plus
