About Upfluence

Upfluence develops an Influencer & Affiliate Marketing SaaS worldwide. Upfluence’s platform allows brands and agencies to identify and contact millions of creators at scale, as well as manage and analyze their campaigns, and pay their creators. Since the launch of our software in October 2016, the company has shown impressive growth and we are looking to expand even more. Our team of 100+ people is international and ever-growing, distributed between our offices in NYC, Lyon, Los Angeles and Mexico.

We are looking for a Head of Growth to increase Upfluence’s online presence. This role is part of the marketing team, attached to the VP Marketing and involves the management of 1 person.

 

What we expect from you

You will be a real pillar for the marketing team, in charge of the entire funnel of inbound acquisition. Your ultimate goal is to accelerate Upfluence growth, hand-in-hand with the outbound team and the sales team. Your responsibility is to define and execute on a strategic vision for Upfluence’s online inbound growth in particular paid online marketing, SEO, CRO and reporting.

You will have 6 missions:

  • Paid lead acquisition: acquire high-quality leads thanks to paid ads, and paid partnerships.
  • Organic lead acquisition: acquire high-quality inbound leads thanks to SEO, content marketing, partnerships, etc.
  • CRO: optimize our funnel from the lead creation to the demo booked thanks to nurturing (mainly by email), conversion optimization of the website, funnel prioritization, product marketing, etc.
  • Online reputation: generate and monitor online reviews
  • Website tracking: monitor website performance (with GA and GTM)
  • Reporting: report and analyze key KPIs of our SaaS business: CAC, LTV, ROI, etc.

 

 What we are looking for

  • You have 2/3 years of experience in online acquisition for a SaaS business ; 
  • You have an experience to run paid ads ;
  • You know the basics (or more!) of SEO ;
  • You always rely on data to take decisions and improve ;
  • You’re fluent in English (we work mainly in the US) ;
  • You are very organized and autonomous.
