Upfluence is a leading social commerce software company. Its mission is to help brands & e-commerce merchants sell through influencers. The team is international, young, diverse, and ever-growing. We’re distributed across offices in NYC, Los Angeles and Lyon (France), and have a growing team of remote colleagues.
Upfluence helps brands tell their story with powerful influencer & content marketing technology. Upfluence’s software allows brands and agencies to identify and contact millions of social influencers and bloggers at scale, as well as manage and analyze their influencer marketing campaigns. Since the launch of our SaaS software in October 2016, the company has shown a double-digit growth rate month over month and we are looking to expand even more. Our team is international and ever-growing, distributed between our offices in NYC, Switzerland, Lyon, and Paris.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will partner with our customers to become their trusted partners and to translate their business objectives into ROI. Essentially, you will be their main point of contact throughout the customer journey and will make sure their desired outcome materializes. In short, your mission is to increase and maximize value for the customer as well as Upfluence.
- Deliver ROI for our clients throughout the customer lifecycle
- Be a trusted advisor and partner for the client on the Upfluence software and influencer marketing strategies
- Negotiate renewal contracts that align with customer goals and ROI
- Identify upsell opportunities to maximize customer growth
- Quarterback engagements and touchpoints for the customer
What we are looking for
- Ideally, 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, and/or Sales with a focus on negotiating contracts, demonstrating customer ROI, maintaining high retention rates
- Good understanding of SaaS and Professional Services engagements with global customers and team members
- Loves and is motivated by a challenge
- Excellent executive presence and communication abilities
- Proven ability to grow accounts, win back customers, and negotiate with key stakeholders
- Experience working with complex, global customers
- Ability to work with global, cross-functional teams (i.e. Product, Sales, Professional Services, and Marketing)
