• Ensuring compliance of corporate issues in everyday tasks regarding corporate governance
• Coordination of internal standards and procedures implementation;
• Supporting the company's processes;
• Actively participate in corporate projects
• Collaboration with internal departments and with the representatives of other companies within the holding;
• Responsibility for keeping track of the tasks assigned at respective meetings with respective managers
• Support to other departments within the company in ad-hoc tasks related to the corporate governance
• University Degree (business administration, legal field or similar fields are preferred)
• Experience with project management in a corporate organization
• At least 1 year of relevant professional experience
• Basic knowledge of Czech corporate and civil law is advantage
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in Czech & English or Polish
• Driving license B
• Proficiency in MS Office
