We are looking for a VP People to help us reach these upcoming milestones. As a Business Partner you will be part of the company leadership team. Your role will be to build innovative, comprehensive and pragmatic programs around the following areas: strategy and management, culture and people development, talent acquisition and people operations.
Strategy & management
- Partner with the C-Levels and senior leaders to develop optimal organizational structure that support growth and scale ;
- Understand the company’s strategy and decline it into a robust HR strategy to support the growth both at people development and people operations levels ;
- Provide useful data to help guide decision making, and allow the company to scale effectively and efficiently ;
- Build, coach and develop the HR team (including Talent Acquisition & Talent Management as well as HR Operations specialists) to deliver a complete human resources capability ;
Culture and People Development
- Lead the People & Culture philosophy and implement a global strategy to drive the employee experience whilst increasing performance and engagement ;
- Supervise the performance and annual reviews as well as career path ;
- Collaborate with the Finance team to design and implement the compensation and benefits strategy (including bonus programs, benchmarking and nailing down a ROI analysis) ;
- Ensure Trustpair is building a diverse and inclusive workplace with work-life balance ;
- Manage learning and development program ;
Talent Acquisition
- Supervise the recruitment function (currently 2 direct reports) ;
- Ensure that external employer branding is in line with the internal culture and recruiting KPIs are being met all whilst ;
- Build the best onboarding experience across each team to ensure Talents’ success in the first few days in the company ;
People Operations
- Ensure the HR team relies on optimized and efficient systems and tools (including HRIS, ATS…) ;
- Supervise Payroll, personnel administration as well as social dialogue with Finance
