YOUR MISSIONS

As a UX Designer at Toucan, you collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to influence our discovery roadmap and deliver delightful experiences for our users.

Our different personas - App Builder and App Viewer - are always at the center of your design process!

• You run engaging ideation sessions and other design workshops to help explore, develop and prioritize potential product ideas
• You focus on user research, workflow design and delivery of low-fidelity wireframes to converge on the optimal user experience
• You conduct usability testing
• You review sources of customer analytics and use quantitative data to drive your work
• You define, implement and improve processes in order to bring user-centered design and design management approaches to Toucan Toco

PROFILE

You have at least 3 years of experience as a UX Designer, ideally in a B2B context

• You have experience using tools dedicated to Research, Mapping & User Tests such as Miro, Maze or similar
• You are used to wireframing, prototyping and ideation tools such as Figma or similar
• Ideally, you have experience in copywriting / UX writing
• You have a creative and analytical approach, and can transform analytics insights into digital experiences
• You are a team player and know how to work with PMs and engineers
• You are fluent in English & professional proficiency in French

A previous experience in Data Visualization or on a tech-centric products is a strong plus
