Description of the role:

The role reports into the Chief Operation Officer and the overall mission is to make sure that the supply chain & sourcing organisation will perfectly support the business growth in the coming months and years. It will primarily focus on defining and implementing short & long term supply policies, optimising the food & packaging sourcing, ensuring the best quality of product to ensure Kitchen & Customer satisfaction. This role will drive the Supply Chain team across France, Spain and the UK with projects based on profit for internal business units, quality of products, and innovation.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support 2 or 3 Supply Chain coordinators
  • Manage relationship with suppliers to ensure timely phase in/out of items/products
  • Ensure perfect quality of service and implement the right processes to avoid shortage, ensure on-time & in-full deliveries. Implement and monitor KPIs.
  • Drive costs down along the supply chain by managing stocks, minimising waste, and streamlining the supply organisation.
  • Implement an efficient supply chain : Selection partners, relationship management
  • Drive COGS down, including reduction of :

    • Storage & Distribution Costs
    • Product Costs (taking into account TCO)
    • Waste
  • Monitor KPIs
  • Supports appropriately the launch of new concepts & new menu items when required
  • Prepare monthly status reports on plans, projects and work undertaken
  • Work alongside with the Tech team to implement and / or improve the online tools

You’ll thrive in this role if you would be able to roll up your sleeves and get involved in all aspects of the role. Also, we have a large ambition, so we need you to shape the organisation of the department as the business grows at a rapid pace

Your background & prior experience:

  • 7 years Experience in a similar role - Fresh Food experience, and / or QSR experience would be a plus
  • Engineering, Agrifood degree or MBA is a plus
  • Experience in :
  • Logistic planning, inventory management, forecasts
  • Contract Management & sourcing within a formal purchasing environment
  • Strong leadership, analytic, communication, influencing & negotiating skills
  • Ability to adapt and work at a strategic, operational or transactional level
  • English & French languages - Spanish a plus
