We’re growing rapidly and looking for an ambitious Head of Talent

Taster is seeking an experienced leader to drive the strategic Talent agenda as the business grows. The Head of Talent will act as a trusted advisor to leaders across the business to develop hiring plans and ensure the exceptional execution of these plans. You are excited at the prospect of joining a rapidly scaling company with the ability to truly make an impact on the future structure of the business.

What responsibilities we’re looking for in this role:

  • Create and implement talent acquisition and resourcing strategies across all roles and levels

  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders across all departments within each HQ (Paris, London & Madrid)

  • Deliver on ambitious hiring objectives, helping the company navigate through a period of change from rapid hiring

  • Build a best-in-class Talent function to support the bold hiring plans (> 100 hires this year)

  • Driving recruiting excellence, building seamless processes and frameworks to ensure a consistently outstanding experience for candidates and hiring managers.

  • Deliver a cohesive and compelling employer brand strategy in partnership with the People and Corporate Communications teams.

  • Drive D, E&I hiring practices and initiatives.

  • Leverage data to share insights with key stakeholders on metrics including, but not limited to, time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction.

What qualifications and behaviours we are looking for in this role

  • 8+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high growth company

  • 4+ years of experience in managing a team of high-performing TA specialists

  • Experience within a Food business/startup is preferable

  • Experience in hiring across multiple countries in Europe; insights into remote interviewing and hiring are important.

  • World-class ability and passion for identifying and attracting top talent, both for an organization and for your team

  • Agile way of working and commitment to continuous improvement

  • Fluency in French would be a significant advantage

  • Curiosity about the latest trends and recruiting best practices
