Job description

Since 2015, talent.io’s mission is to enable any company to hire the best tech profiles on the market in the simplest possible way. Today, our selective recruitment platform is the easiest way for start-ups, SMEs and large companies to quickly build a powerful tech team.

In 7 years, we raised €10M and grew from 3 people in Paris to a team of almost 150 people across 7 countries and we don't intend to stop here! 

Your job

  • You will be part of a global Sales team distributed across France, the UK, and Germany. 
  • With the pandemic, the Tech recruitment market has been turned upside down, with fully remote job opportunities growing dramatically. This was such a great business opportunity, that we decided to heavily invest in becoming Europe’s #1 provider of International Remote Tech Talents to our clients. 
  • That's why we are hiring an entrepreneur-minded Sales with a true Growth mindset, who would be happy to take the ownership of this launch from scratch in Sweden (and other markets in the future).  
  • Your job as a Sales Executive will be to:

  • Engage with CEOs, CTOs, Heads of HR/Recruitment of the top tech startups and larger companies to turn them into happy talent.io clients.
  • Develop our Sales strategy and the commercial playbook alongside the SDR & Sales team lead who is in charge of the remote market.
  • Manage and convert your pipeline of leads into clients by leading the sales meetings, defining the right commercial proposals and closing the deals.
  • Closely collaborate with SDR’s who will be responsible for the generation of new leads for you. 
  • Your profile

  •  2 to 4 years of professional experience in Sales (ideally in a SaaS company or fast-growing tech startup) or in 360° recruitment
  • Strong entrepreneur and growth mindset, with the willingness to launch a new market
  • Quick learner, very curious and eager to learn about the Tech recruitment ecosystem
  • Native or fluent level in English and ideally, you speak French
  • 📍 This position can be remote based anywhere in France, Germany, the Netherlands or the UK.

    Recruitment process

  • A first 'get to know you' call with Marie, Talent Acquisition Manager
  • An operational interview with the Global Head of Sales + French Sales Lead
  • A meeting with the team 
  • A market-specific interview with Tom, Remote Market Manager
  • A final HR interview with Jane, People Partner
