Synology France is looking for a motivated candidate to join us as a IT Support Technician / NAS. You will work in an international environment with over 1000 Synology staff members across the globe as an ambassador for the world‘s leading mid-range NAS vendor.
Duties and responsabilities:
Technical expertise on Synology products.
Technical support and assistance.
Technical training on hardware and software evolution.
You will need to provide accurate solutions, expert advice, and fully functional support to our customers via email.
Analyze problems & help users.
Resolve incidents.
Assist customers in setting up their Synology systems.
Update the incident database.
Reproduce anomalies in the laboratory.
Participate in trade shows and conferences as a technical expert.
Knowledge:
Knowledge on different OS (Windows, MacOS and Linux).
Knowledge on file transfer protocols (SMB, AFP, FTP, Rsync etc.).
Log analysis.
A good general knowledge about computers.
Prior experience with a NAS (Network Attached Storage) would be a plus.

Creativity and solution-oriented mindset
Qualifications:
BTS degree (or equivalent) or higher in the field of IT.
Experience in a similar position for at least 1 to 2 years is required.
Fluent in English.
French or Italian or Spanish or Dutch as native speaker level.
Additional information:
Job type: Permanent
Annual gross remuneration according to experience: €28-32K
Annual bonus based on performance: up to €6K.
