Who are they?
Swan, a European fintech company, is the easiest way to embed banking features into your product. This can be called “Banking-as-a-Service” or “Embedded banking”. We built Swan so that anyone can start embedding banking features within just minutes of visiting our website. Swan is truly fast and easy to use.
Swan already has 100+ customers across 10+ European countries, large enterprise and startups alike. They include Carrefour, Factorial, Alma, Pennylane and Agicap. We’re on track to take things much, much further, by expanding on Europe — localizing our product, and internationalizing our team and partner portfolio.
Swan has received 58M€ funding from VCs like Lakestar, Accel, and Creandum. We’re a Mastercard principal member and a licensed financial institution, passported across Europe.

The Marketing and Product teams at Swan have the fun job of bringing our amazing product to life for prospects and customers. In this role, you will be at the heart of this. Working closely with marketing, product, and sales, you will lead on how we go to market with new products and how we best position them with our prospects and customers.
The company is growing quickly, and in this role you have the unique opportunity to build a product marketing engine that you will scale as we continue to grow. With a flair for writing and knowledge of how to automate customer-facing marketing, you’ll love creating exciting ways to share information about our product, and have the ability to clearly communicate what we do.
The first tasks you’ll focus on are:
Reinforce our understanding of our customer verticals to build the most powerful messaging & positioning that clearly articulates Swan’s differentiation and value proposition
Launch marketing initiatives to excite our audience about our product

To design and execute go-to-market plans in strong collaboration with Product, Marketing, Sales and Account Manager teams.
To develop a deep understanding of our segments to build the most powerful messaging & positioning that clearly articulates Swan’s differentiation.
To distill complex and broad concepts into simple, inspiring, and short content.
To create and deliver sales collaterals for sales and account management teams.
To build innovative and visual narratives that showcase the value and differentiation of Swan’s new and existing capabilities.
To share news about our products using typical marketing channels and exploiting new ones (Product newsletters, webinars, videos, etc.).
To stay up-to-date with customers’s needs, industry best practices and innovation to contribute to opportunity identification.

This role is part of the marketing team - a small group of smart, fun, hard-working people who are building the foundations of something amazing that will scale quickly in the coming years. We have all the typical functions of a marketing team and you would be joining at the perfect time to create our product marketing machine. Alongside the marketing team, you will also be a critical partner and advisor to the sales and account management teams. With a flair for describing products in simple, clear, and exciting ways, you will have the inside track on when features and releases are happening and work to bring them to life for our customers.

Proven track record in Product Marketing within a technology company, particularly in a dynamic setting such as a startup, scale-up, or a similarly fast-paced work environment. Experience in B2B SaaS or Fintech companies would be
You are a self-starter and can work with little (or no) guidance
You can easily work with multiple teams You are enthused by the challenge of taking a complex technical product and making it exciting for both developers and a buying audience.
