Role
The Chief of Staff has a decisive role within the fast growing Spacefill organization as we grow from 60 to 200+ people in the next 2 years, from the “team” phase to the “village” phase with a massive impact on company structure and team performance & efficiency.

You will be working directly with the CEO - Maxime - and the COO - Quentin - of the company and you will take care of strategic projects, structuring of company actions, running of day-to-day company management, taking part in important decisions and long term strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Tracking, organizing and following up on general work streams with CEO
  • Organizing team related workshops, leadership meeting and board meetings
  • Support structuring and communicating Spacefill’s strategy & collect and gather strategic ideas from CEO and organize them into work-streams
  • Governance and shareholder related matters
  • Organizing cross company KPIs for CEO/COO (also related to board) and detect improvement opportunities or strategic opportunities
  • First level “support” if CEO isn’t available in case for example a direct report has an urgent matter
  • Responsible for fundraising preparedness together with CFO
  • HR support until VP HR is hired (interviews, sourcing of candidates, onboarding of senior employees)

Preferované skúsenosti

  • 3 to 7 years experience in a fast-paced, structured and very demanding work environment such as consulting firm, audit firm, investment banking or investment fund.
  • Focus on output more than input - you want to make an impact
  • You are structured, rigorous while being creative and believe making powerpoint slides is a waste of your time and talent
  • Capacity to make fast, tough decisions “business and managerial courage”
  • Great social and interpersonal skills - capacity to defend, stand your point and convince others
  • Proactive and autonomous
  • English proficiency
