SINGULART has the ambition to be the online art gallery leader in the world.

For 5 years, we all work to promote artists and designers around the world in order to break barriers of the art market.

As part of the Artist Success Team in SINGULART, your goal as an Artist Success Manager M/W is to build a trusting relationship with your artists and help them grow on our platform. You will manage a portfolio of around 300 top Artists and be responsible for helping them reach their best potential on SINGULART. 

 

Your mission: Empower our top artists from across the world! 

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of approx. 300 top and high potential artists (eg. monitor artists performances & happiness, answer artists questions & requests, propose & take proactive actions to boost their performance & happiness)
  • Actively contribute to grow their potential sales on SINGULART with the help of the sales team and keep them happy & engaged (eg. collect proactively additional content with the artists to help the sales team to conclude more sales)
  • Ensure a state-of-the-art experience for our clients when they visit your artists’ profile on SINGULART (eg. attractive profile on SINGULART, portfolio & CV up to date, price consistency, beautiful visuals and videos etc.)
  • Help the team refine the value proposition of the Artist Success program to help identify new growth opportunities for your artists
  • Participate in SINGULART company processes continuous improvement and bringing creative ideas to achieve our mission
  • Your Profile

  • Fluency in at least 3 languages including English plus French, Italian or Spanish to be able to communicate orally and by writing with international artists
  • A first experience as an account manager or an Artist Liaison would definitely be a plus
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) with the ability to build and maintain strong and productive relationships with your artists
  • You are structured and organised and always keep a positive attitude
  • You are KPIs oriented
  • Passion about Art
  • You ideally have an academic background in Art and/or in Art business studies
  • Open-minded and flexible (we are an international scale-up working with international artists)
  • You are willing to be full-time based in Paris (central position in a dynamic start-up environment) with up to 2 days of remote a week after 3 months
