For our Operations team in Prague we are looking for newmember who will support HR tool called Avature.
In general we expect you to have:
- Ability to work in afast-paced environment and adapt to frequent change
- Strong communicationskills and customer orientation
- Analytical skills
- Language skills:English B2-C1, German is advantage
- Knowledge of Avaturetool is advantage
Application support will comprise:
- Collaborate andconsult with process owner / business on functional requirements
- Support processowner in ensuring and monitoring service operations
- Contact person fordevelopment team for - clarification with regards to requirements
- Set up and maintainall mandatory documentation
- Ensure and prepareupdates of all regulatory requirements
- Defines (global)mandatory service levels and corresponding KPIs
- Ensures effectiveknowledge and best practice sharing across the service delivery organization
- Drives development,implementation and improvement of global IT solutions
- Be of assistance tosupport agents.
