sennder is a European digital freight forwarder looking for an associate people experience partner to join our people experience team.

The role is based in the Berlin office and will report to the senior manager in people experience. Do you want to help us shape the future of the logistics industry?

As an associate people experience partner,  you’ll support both our Onboarding and Office team which is the perfect stepping stone into the People and Culture world. You will assist and learn from our employee onboarding specialists within our People Experience team and collaborate with multiple international stakeholders to provide a state of the art onboarding experience for our 30+ new starters each month. Additionally, you will support the Office Management team with operational tasks in order to support and connect our Berlin community. The role is based in our Berlin office.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL ...

  • Organize and manage the schedule and content of the sennder Academy, a custom group-wide onboarding program and be a driver of innovation in constantly improving and stepping up our onboarding game 
  • Support our international new starters before and during their first week at sennder and position yourself as one of the first point of contact for their journey with us 
  • Provide welcome packages & hardware to Berlin based new starters and support our international offices in their stock management
  • Assist in content production for internal communication formats to inform employees about the Academy and its new starters
  • Support the Office team in Berlin with day-to-day office and admin organization and cover shifts at the heart of our office - the front desk and meeting hub of our diverse team

PREFERABLY YOU ARE ...

  • First work experience is mandatory, if it’s in the fields of HR Management, Office Management, Hospitality, Events or similar it’s a plus
  • A proactive mindset and doer attitude and on top you are a creative problem solver and culture keeper to make sure sennder's spirits are well-maintained and nurtured
  • Passion to create social impact and spread positive vibes
  • Excellent organization skills and an eye for detail and aesthetics
  • Professional level of communication in English, additionally German is a plus
