Context of the position
An opportunity has opened for a self-starting, responsible, curious and passionate intern who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is driven by results and performance. We are looking to fill the role of our CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and Experimentation Intern to join our expanding marketing team in Madrid. The successful candidate will be working on digital acquisition for different markets of Europe in the energy and telecommunications verticals. This person will work heavily with Google Optimize, Google Ads, Google Sheets and other internal tools for landing page creation and A/B testing.
Your mission? To research, define pitches (potential improvement), prototype, test, create AB Test, monitor, report, track and work hands-on in the optimization of landing pages and forms. To daily provide key insights to the squad and identify opportunities in the acquisition funnel performance.
Your objective? Assist the CRO Squad to provide a large impact on lead generation campaigns by improving conversion rates.
