Our team is growing, so we are looking for a Technical Account Manager to improve customer experience and personalized support.

Our team:
As a Technical Account Manager, you will be in direct contact with the Customer Success Manager and the Sales team, and your mission will be to ensure customer satisfaction and create loyalty. You will mostly interact with our German clients.

Your main missions will be

  • Technical management of a portfolio of clients with a specific service level
  • Showing proactivity and reactivity to the request of the clients under your responsibility, in accordance with our SLAs
  • Managing the activity surrounding our Business clients (onboarding, operational activity, growth, new requirements)
  • Acting as a privileged contact for our biggest accounts in case of an incident
  • Working hand in hand with our Sales teams to make sure of customer satisfaction and of PoC success.
  • Being present at Scaleway events to represent our Excellence department

Your profile

  • You must be a native German speaker ( native level reading, writing, speaking)
  • Excellent communication skills (in German, English and French)
  • Solid knowledge of the cloud environment
  • Advanced knowledge of hardware and software dimensions
  • You have an analytical and logical mind, and you like bringing ideas forward
