This Position can be based in Paris, Lille or Remote

As a Salesforce Architect, you will report directly to the Head of Customer Experience.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Excellence department's business applications. 

You have the lead on the SalesForce solution for the support and related teams, his mission is to keep Service Cloud up to date and provide the best experience to Excellence teams.

You must also be able to manage other tools for Excellence like the Callcenter, Tableau, etc.

- Based in our offices in Paris or Lille (France), partial/full remote is possible
