At Scaleflex, we are striving to make the Web faster by allowing our customers to store, optimize and deliver their assets (product images, videos, files, code, …) rocket fast over the World. In the context of our accelerated growth and the launch of our new product Filerobot, we are looking to strengthen our international Team with a Product Marketing Expert.

With a Team of 30 spread across France, UK, Germany, Bulgaria and Singapore and thanks to strong automation in our operations, we are able to serve more than 400 happy customers worldwide with our current SaaS offering Cloudimage. Self-funded until now, we have decided to accelerate our growth in 2020 with our first external investment and the launch of our new product: Filerobot.

This is a unique opportunity in a rapidly expanding company with the goal of fully integrating the team as Product Marketing Expert. The position is located in Paris, Lyon, London, Munich or Sofia.

Job description

Specific responsibilities

As part of the Product and Marketing teams, you will primarily be responsible for ensuring that our product provides maximum value to our users. You will be at the crossroads between marketing and product teams to embody the highly strategic integration of our solutions into various third party tools (CMS, frameworks, PIM, etc.).

  • Develop, record and prioritize go-to market strategies for new products in collaboration with leadership and go-to-market teams by merging data driven market understanding with customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with product management and marketing communications to develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with our target buyer personas.
  • Create all contents (articles, videos, visuals, etc.) related to feature releases, product integrations or any other BtoD knowledge base.
  • Plan the launches of new products and releases of existing products, and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
  • Define value proposition and messaging for all our segments and targets according to each third-party platform and feature.
  • Search and screen new opportunity areas by analyzing company technology, customer requirements, workflows, market trends and competitive gaps.
  • Understand and document our buyer’s process, including where they get information, and the who, what, when and why behind the decisions they make. Then drive changes to our sales and marketing processes based on what you learn.
  • Participate with our technical Growth Hacker in improving and developing new lead generation tools for the Scaleflex products.
  • Contribute to the global quarterly Marketing Strategy based on the insights provided by the marketing reports.

Preferred experience

Our Team is built around people with a strong entrepreneur culture and can-do attitude. We love people able to “do something out of nothing” and strive to get better every day. In order to fit with our culture, you must be/have:

  • Strong background in BtoD and BtoB product marketing expertise, product expertise, or product development (technical background is a big asset).
  • Deep knowledge of SaaS marketing channels and strategy.
  • Proven experience in content writing: you know how to choose the right words to convey meaningful messages.
  • Run qualitative User research from kick-off to synthesis
  • Perfect written and oral expression in English, another language is an asset (French, German, Spanish, Chinese, Portuguese, etc.)
  • Hands on & problem solver: you are autonomous and thrive in complex environments
  • Robust understanding of attribution modeling
  • Language: English (full professional proficiency), another language is a plus (French, German, Spanish, Chinese, Portuguese, etc.)

Recruitment process

After a first intro call with the Product Team, you’ll meet with the Scaleflex’ Founders for a 2nd round. What we expect from you is to prepare a short recommendation based on what you perceive from the Scaleflex’ current materials about features and integration.
