Channel development is one of our strategic drivers for growth in the UK market and we are aiming to build out a strong and successful indirect sales network that will help us multiply our reach to UK business. 

Working closely with the UK country manager and the global director of sales, your mission, should you choose to accept it, will include expanding Ringover’s presence in the UK market by establishing a strong channel partner network.

Your key responsibilities will be to :

  • Take primary responsibility for the execution of building new channel partnerships in the UK, working with the UK country manager and Global sales director.
  • Identify relevant organizations that are strategically well-positioned to accelerate Ringover’s growth.
  • Close partnership agreements while properly balancing company goals, speed, and economic potential.
  • Onboard new partners, through a strategic, consultative approach.
  • Evaluate the financial and non-financial benefits and risks of new partnerships.
  • Track, report, and optimize the performance of partnerships against monthly KPIs, including identifying issues as they arise, assessing possible solutions, and executing them.
  • Own your partner’s portfolio targets and delivering the results.
  • Collaborate with different teams at Ringover to build and maintain a pipeline of relationships with potential partners, taking responsibility for the relationship throughout all stages.
  • Travel willingly as required to partners.
  • Train and engage existing partners on our product, our offer and sales techniques.
  • Collaborate with partners on joint high-value sales-focused activities, events and promotions. 
  • Manage an effective and mutually beneficial relationship with partners, in line with the goals of Ringover’s partnership programme.

Required skills and attributes

  • Proven experience within a channel sales environment, working for a high-growth SaaS company.
  • Know how to engage effectively at all levels in a partner organization.
  • Full understanding of the UK telecoms market, its opportunities and competitors.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of VoIP, CcaaS software would be a plus.
  • Successful experience in establishing a high-performing product in a fast paced market.
  • Ties to a network of channel partners and resellers across the UK.
  • Strong presentation skills, and comfortable presenting both internally & externally.

Salary - Circa £58K BASE + OTE depending on experience

  • First Stage - Talk with our UK in-house recruiter to learn more about Ringover.
  • Second Stage - Meet the UK Country manager.
  • Third Stage - Meet our Global sales director.
