• Partner closely with our procurement and partnerships lead, as well as our sales, financials, pricing and business management teams, to conduct sourcing for products.
• Be part of developing the internal procurement strategy for the company (e.g. travel, utilities).
• Develop effective cost reduction strategies and implementation plans with our operational teams.
• Be part of negotiating and managing complex long-term supply agreements with our biggest suppliers to maximize cost savings and assure budgeted financial targets are met.
• Measure and continuously improve key performance metrics to ensure supplier management standards are achieved.
• Guide the implementation of our decision-making purchasing tools.
• Back Office Management Deals
• Work with our financial and operational teams to assure our sourcing strategies are respected within our accounting and other systems.

• Be in a Business school or master's degree (bac +4/5) in a business-related field, ideally with a specialization in purchasing.
• Strong computer skills.
• Individuals must be driven and versatile, with an eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment at a human scale.
