About Qover

We are QOVER, the leading European InsurTech scale-up that has raised €35 million in funding since our launch in 2016.

We partner with fast-growing digital companies to increase their revenues and business value by adding Insurance services to their portfolio. Companies can embed or sell our products within days.

Your job:

We are looking for an experienced Claims Handler to manage our existing Pan-European (automotive) claims in collaboration with Third Party Administrators and develop new clients and countries. We are looking for someone fluent in English. French and/or any other additional European languages would be a big plus. Someone with a vision, but also a “can-do mentality”, This is an exciting opportunity to join the journey of a fast-growing start-up with a lot of great challenges.

 

By joining our team, you will:

 

        Set-up and maintain Pan-European Automotive programs from a claims perspective.

        Work closely together with Customer Care, Third Party Administrators and Insurers

        Gathering and processing claims data

        Help in building the claims function

        Perform Quality Assurance tasks

        Participate in various project as claim expert such

        Become a subject matter expert and handle escalations

        Assist in the negotiation of contracts with service providers

        Good knowledge of English (written and spoken). French or any other European language is a big plus.

 

Your Experience and skills:

        Multiple years of experience in international automotive claim handling (either for an insurance carrier, a TPA or overseeing TPA’s)

        Legal or Economics background or strong claims handling experience

        Tech affinity is a plus

        Embrace the entrepreneurial spirit of a scale-up
